With the HTG digital hydrotest device, portable fire extinguishers and pressurized gas cylinders can be tested at different test pressures: either at up to 60 bar or up to 480 bar - depending on the container type.

A separate control panel and the corresponding high-pressure hose connections are installed in the control station for each pressure range. The test stand contains 2 unique hose connections to the pressure vessels at each of the 5 test stations. The operation and functionality correspond to the individual HTG 500 and HTG 60 devices.

Die HTG und HTG Kombi Computersteuerung ist sowohl für neue als auch bereits ausgelieferte Hydrotestgeräte vom Typ HTG´s geeignet. Sie besteht aus Hardware und Software. Der Industrie-PC mit 17-Zoll-Touchscreen und Tastatur ist in einen massiven Stahlschrank eingebaut und dadurch gut geschützt
Das Gerät dient zur Steuerung, Visualisierung und Prozessdatenüber-nahme von Druckbehälterprüfungen. Daten können über einen USB- oder Ethernet-Anschluss exportiert werden.
Die HTG Computersteuerung verfügt über eine SPS-Steuerung sowie einen Drucksensor. Der Ventilblock hat ein Proportional- und Abschaltventil sowie einen Druckschalter.
Die mitgelieferte Software gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eine Flaschen- und Kundendatenbank aufzubauen sowie Prüfprotokolle zu erstellen.
